With such a long time-line, the gaps, the often conflicting research papers and continuing re-evaluation of material. How do we cope? Any advice on dealing with the change or making the research load any easier?
What prompted this topic, apart from that its quite an obvious one, is that over the years its very easy to accept what is found and continue on without going back to see if the situation has changed. Well, for me, a few years ago what I thought was true about some aspects of my past and association with Selket turned out to be actually wrong. I had missed a huge thread of research and this opened up new avenues. I am so glad that dealing with change is not a problem - it can be hard for some though. Here is a recording I made following my talk at a conference on what happened.
